these are the youngest section and are aged 4-7 years
Rainbows follow a diverse and engaging programme and can take part in lots of different activities with girls their own age.They can work towards interest badges and start their skills builder journey, and also earn awards like the Rainbow Gold award and the six Theme awards.

The Rainbow Song
The Rainbow Song can be sung on any occasion such as a promise ceremony, Pot of Gold party or at the start or end of a session.
The Youngest Section
They have a red uniform and make a promise, they are the youngest members of Girlguiding.
